Faceted Jewel Rubber Balls:

Compression Molding

We supply compression molded rubber parts, which can range from simple, such as rubber seals, to complex parts, like rubber grommets and even parts with a more intricate design. This is achieved by minimizing the scrap and defects during various stages, such as designing the mold to ensure that air traps and defects do not affect the quality of your parts.

Injection Molding

Large components and high precision components are often manufactured using the injection molding method. In addition, injection molding is used for multi-cavity molds and is capable of producing many components per-cycle. Injection molding usually allows many of the molding parameters to be precisely controlled, and as a result injection presses are usually significantly less expensive than a traditional press.

Examples of Rubber Molding Materials:

Many of these can be molded in dense rubber at different durometers.
